Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using Dumpick (the "Service"), operated by MR Kloud Foundation ("us", "we", or "our") Ltd. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Service.

Following are the definitions of some common terminologies that have been used at several places within this document in the context of the Service.
Dumps: Any group of items that are lying on a sidewalk for any person/passer-by to pick up.
Object(s): Refers to any item(s) within a Dump. They are usually a movable physical generic household utility goods / object. For example: Microwave, TV, Sofa, Fridge, Furnitures, etc.
Owner: Refers to a person who possesses any items at a given point in time. NOTE: Items/Objects within a Dump does NOT have any owner. The objects are usually in possession of an owner before they become part of a Dump (previous owner) and may be in possession of a person whoever may pick up the item(s) from the Dump (Future owner).
The Service and its original content including logos, graphics, design, features and functionality are owned by MR Kloud Foundation Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Our Service allows you to post images of and information (Such as description, approximate location, date and time) about objects ("Dump"), provide comments about Dumps, search Dumps, and share Dump information such as its images, and description. The Dumps are the objects, discarded by an owner but may be useful for personal use by other users in the neighbourhood.

MR Kloud Foundation has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of the third party services. You further acknowledge and agree that MR Kloud Foundation shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. The app users will be notified when the modified terms are available so that the users can accept the modified Terms before resuming the application use. Please note the changes to terms and conditions need to be accepted by the users who are launching the application afresh.

Please read these Privacy policies carefully before using Dumpick (the "Service", the "App"), operated by MR Kloud Foundation Ltd ("Company", "us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these policies. These policies apply to all users who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these policies. If you disagree with any part of the policy, then you may not access the Service.
Company currently uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) as its cloud services provider. AWS infrastructure is housed in Amazon-controlled data centres. AWS has been accredited under ISO 27001, as well as SOC 1/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 (Previously SAS 70 Type II) and SOC2 Type II. For more information on the security provided by AWS, please see the Amazon Web Services Security Center page (https://aws.amazon.com/security/).
We also use Google’s location service to detect the approximate location of a Dump when the users take first picture of the Dump. The Google's map service is also used to provide a map view of the Dumps' locations.
Our application requires its users to validate their mobile numbers for them to use the App. Once a user validates his/her mobile number (By entering one time password that we send to the number over SMS) successfully, the user does not get any such prompt to validate the phone number again during the entire lifecycle of the App on that device. However, when the user decides to delete the App from the device or use a different device and install the App afresh then the user needs to validate the mobile phone number again (Even if it’s the same number the user has been using for the App before installing into the new device or before deleting the App from the same device). If the user wants to have his/her phone number removed from our system, the user needs to opt for closing his/her account. Please refer to the sub-sections below ("Deleting the app" and "Closing the account") for further details on the comparison between deleting the App and closing the account.
Other than verifying the mobile numbers, users of the App SHOULD NOT furnish ANY personal information, such as email, phone number, address, credit card, etc before or during the use of our service. However, at the time of providing us with the feedback, the user may choose to disclose his/her email, which will ONLY be used to respond to the feedback. Except during phone verification and providing feedback, the App users acknowledge that intentionally or unintentionally, no personal information will be uploaded to our system via images and/or text within any section of the App including Description, Comments, Feedback, and Contact Us. Company shall not be liable to the users for any liabilities arising from the identity theft or misuse of the users’ personal information, resulting from the disclosure of the personal information because of the users’ act of disclosing any personal information to us.
You may choose to delete the App from your device. This means that you have cleaned up the App data from your device ONLY. Your mobile number and the associated account with its posts, comments, favourites still exist in our system. The associated posts, and comments can be shown to the App users (Unless the posts’ Expiration Time is passed, or the posts/comments are removed due to them being reported as not complying with the usage policy listed within the Terms). When you re-install the App, you go through the mobile number verification again. In case you put the same number you used before, then all your preference data such as posts and favourites will be available to you. If, however, you want to delete all your information from the server, you MUST close your account. For more information, please refer to the below section "Closing the account"
You may choose to close your account if you want to remove your mobile number from our system. Your posts, favourites or any other personalized data will NOT be available to you even if you re-validate the same mobile number or re-install the App. However, even after closure of your account, your posts and comments will still be visible anonymously to all the users of the App (Unless the posts’ Expiration Time is passed, or the posts/comments are removed due to them being reported as not complying with the usage policy listed within the Terms).
If you are aware of any post, related description or comments that need to be reported on privacy violation or usage violation listed within the Terms, and/or do not seem appropriate, you SHOULD report them to us via our feedback form within the App.
